Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During new collection launches or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping

We offer reliable shipping across Australia:

• Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD (2–5 business days after dispatch)
• Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD (1–3 business days after dispatch)
• Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150 AUD

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Returns

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all tags attached
• Returned in original packaging
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges.
More Mischief reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the 14 days return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for:
• A different size (subject to availability)
• A different style of equal or higher value (price difference payable)
Exchanges must also be requested within 14 days of delivery and will incur additional shipping charges.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are not eligible to be returned unless the product is faulty.
Refunds or exchanges will not be offered for these items.
